So, you might ask, why another beef jerky? Well, first of all, 805 Premium Beef Jerky is NOT another beef jerky- it's the culmination of years of jerky-loving frustration finally solved!! For over two decades, our founders have engaged in a chase for the perfect bite of jerky- they found many great-tasting jerkys, but the texture was wrong; or, if the texture was great (as in "no jaw fatigue after eating it"), the flavors just did not "pop!" After awhile, as the search grew long and the trail grew cold, our founders looked at each other and had an epiphany - "why not simply make our OWN beef jerky" instead of spending so much time (and money) spent in frustration?
After discussing exactly what their "perfect" jerky consisted of, they came upon three core characteristics that were non-negotiable. First, the jerky had to literally melt-in-your-mouth; second, it had to have such amazing flavors that it made your pallet sing; and, third, it had to be created from only the finest ingredients, including top quality meats, and it HAD to be made locally!!
